Ways to Reach the Team

Join the Volunteer Team
We welcome helpers for stewarding, workshops and set-up. Contact us with your availability and preferred role, and a coordinator will be in touch.
Business Partnerships
Local businesses can sponsor lantern kits, host market stalls or offer discounts to festival visitors. Our partnerships team will explain the options.
Find Us on the Quay
The festival is centred on the harbour, a short walk from the main car park and the bus stop on the coast road. The map image shows the main access routes and the location of the information office.
Road closures are in place on the harbour road during lantern processions. Please follow the signs to the alternative car park.
Office Hours
1 – 10 November
Opening Week
Office open 10:00 to 17:00, with extended hours on Saturdays for ticket collection.
11 November – 30 November
Main Festival Period
Office open 10:00 to 21:00 daily, staffed by coordinators and information volunteers.
1 December
Closing Day
Office open 10:00 to 16:00 for lost property and feedback enquiries.
